The Newark Campus Purchasing Office provides administrative oversight for the campus procurement process
to ensure that the expenditure of University funds is in accordance with established budget authority,
University policy, and the best interests of the University. Newark Purchasing ensures that procurement
of all goods and services for its customers is performed in a fair, competitive, and equitable manner and
without undue delay. Purchasing Guidelines for Faculty/Staff are available upon request. Commodity assignment
