Plant Major League
League Teams: This chart tracks the batting averages of our Maintenance, Operations and Grounds Teams. Each player's batting average is determined by the number of satisfied customers who send surveys back with a perfect score (Hits) divided by the total number of surveys that come back for that individual, good or bad (At-bats). Customer Satisfaction is determined by the individual's quality, timeliness, courtesy, communication, lack of interruptions and neatness. Data for the last 6 months will be averaged and displayed on a monthly basis.
League Leaders: The top batting averages consisting of .900 or better from all teams will make up the list of League Leaders. In order to qualify as a League Leader, players must have had at least 5 at bats in order to be considered for league leader status. If the batting averages fall below .900, the list of league leaders will be determined by the overall top 10 batting averages.
Analysis: Batting averages were calculated from data
collected since April 2000. For the month of May 2002 the League Leaders
are as follows:
