Work Order Requests

Place a New Work Request

The Physical Plant department is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the campus buildings and its grounds. This is accomplished by several groups within Physical Plant: The Custodial group is responsible for cleaning offices, classrooms, and campus facilities. The Grounds crew maintains the plaza, shrubbery, walkways, moves furniture, etc. The Maintenance group makes repairs, including carpentry, electrical, heating/air conditioning, painting, plumbing, etc. The Energy Management Systems unit is responsible for computer and pneumatic automation controls. These systems control the buildings HVAC system.
